Sustainability Mapping Workgroup:

As part of the EUGLOH Alliance (https://www.eugloh.eu/) the LMU is looking for students with a keen interest in sustainability (in its broadest sense). We created an action group and the main objective of this group is to 'build' an interconnective Sustainability Map that offers students, academics and administrative staff of all participating EUGLOH Universities an overview of sustainable spots and initiatives on and around all 9 EUGLOH campuses: think of zero-waste shops, refill-water stations, 'green' mobility (bus, bike stations..), sustainable fashion shops (with EU-certified labels etc.), interesting sightseeing venues, vegan or vegetarian cafés and restaurants, barrier-free buildings, research units working with sustainability etc.

Should you be interested in contributing to building such a map together with us just send an email with 'EUGLOH Sustainability Mapping' to eugloh@lmu.de and we'll discuss the next steps with you!

Im Rahmen der EUGLOH Forschungsallianz (https://www.eugloh.eu/) sucht die LMU aktuell nach Studierenden, die sich für Nachhaltigkeit (im weitesten Sinne) interessieren. Wir haben dazu eine Arbeitsgruppe ins Leben gerufen, die es sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, eine interaktive 'Sustainability Map' zu bauen: wir wollen gemeinsam interessante Nachhaltigkeits-Spots erfassen, so dass Studierende, Wissenschaftler_Innen und administrative Mitarbeiter_Innen aller teilnehmenden Unis einen Überblick bekommen von was es alles an interessanten Initiativen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit in Uni-Nähe gibt.

Denken kannst du dabei an zero-waste shops, Wasser refill-stations, alles was mit green mobility zu tun hat (Bus- und Tramhaltestellen usw., Fahrradständer, Fahrradreparaturläden), sustainable fashion (mit zertifizierten EU-Labels), sight-seeing spots, vegane und/oder vegetarische Cafés und Restaurants, barrierefreie Gebäude, Forschungs-Units die mit Nachhaltigkeit arbeiten usw.
